Processing Times

Please allow 4–6 business days for your order to be packed and shipped

USA
• 2–3 weeks (Letter Mail)
• 1–2 weeks (Tracked Shipping)

International
• 3–4 weeks (Letter Mail)
• 2–3 weeks (Tracked Shipping)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and can vary depending on your local postal service.

My Order Hasn’t Arrived Yet

Untracked Letter Mail can occasionally get lost or delayed during transit. Because of this, refunds  are not available for lost untracked orders. If you’d like extra security and tracking updates, we  recommend choosing "Tracked Shipping" at checkout. 

Wrong Address / Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible before your order has been processed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes to the address. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
